The work consists of the relocation of the Washington & Old Dominion Trail, renovation of the existing 28,000 square foot facility, and the addition of an 8,000 square foot gymnasium, front lobby and reception area, a connecting hallway, and additional restrooms. In addition, significant site work is required to include connecting parking lots, additional parking, storm water management and landscaping. This is a LEED Silver project.
