Comprehensive Safety Program

Altimate provides education, training, and reduction of the number of field injuries to an absolute minimum by abiding by OSHA’s standards.

Dedicated Safety Committee

Altimate’s safety committee is compromised of a mixture of personnel from all departments that is headed up by our Safety Manager.

Our Safety Program Consists of:

• Mechanical and physical safeguards to the maximum extent possible
• Safety programs and health inspections to eliminate unsafe working conditions or practices, control health hazards and fully comply with OSHA safety and health standards for all jobs
• Development and enforcement of safety and health rules, and requiring that employees cooperate with these rules as a condition of employment
• Prompt and thorough accident investigations to identify and prevent the accident reoccurrence
• Training for OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour
• Weekly toolbox talks
• Heavy equipment training
• Lock out, tag out
• Fall protection
• Pre-Employment, At Random, Post Accident, and For Cause Drug Testing
• New hire safety orientation
• Full time in-house Safety Department
• Ongoing safety training courses conducted quarterly
