Harry Holmes, Jr. founded Altimate Electric, Inc. in 1997 with a vision to build a commercial electrical contracting firm that would provide endless opportunities and deliver the highest quality of workmanship. With this vision in mind, Harry has created a highly qualified and dynamic team with uncapped potential. As a transformational leader, Harry is involved, charismatic, and he continually challenges his employees to be the best. He works one on one with team members to provide them with the tools and the knowledge necessary to empower them to be successful. No matter who he encounters, whether it be an employee or a client Harry fosters lasting personal and professional relationships.
Harry’s passion for the electrical industry was inspired by his father, who worked as an electrician and business owner. Harry began his career in 1982 working with his father as a helper and quickly learned the electrical trade. Determined to work his way to the top, he completed the 4-year apprenticeship certification program, obtained his Master Electrician license, and successfully ran work as a foreman. Once he accomplished this, Harry continued to educate himself in estimating and project management in order to fully understand all aspects of the electrical business. Since incorporating Altimate in 1997, the company has grown substantially, with more growth on the horizon. With his foresight, Harry continues to put key people in key positions to ensure that the company maintains its solid structure as the company evolves.
Todd Blaszak
Vice President of Operations
Todd joined our team in December of 2021 as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the daily operations of the business while also focusing on the strategic growth of the company and utilizing risk mitigation measures. Working closely with the operation team, Todd leads with an empowerment and accountability “own it” management style that ensures success of our projects while providing the Altimate team members with the opportunity for personal and professional growth. As a pillar to our culture, he believes our success is garnered by the success of our clients that is fostered by a winning attitude; starting with a plan and carries through the execution of each project.
With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Todd holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a designated Design-Build Professional® by the Design-Build Institute of America. Through his vast experience working as an engineer, general contractor and as a subcontractor in many sectors of the construction industry, Todd brings a vision from all aspects of the business. He uses his experience and education to make decisions that ensure the organization is profitable, sustainable and works closely with the executive team to concentrate growth that is built on a strong foundation for success. He has defined and implemented Operations’ strategies, structure and processes while creating a team environment and accountability.
Eileen Voigt
Vice President of Finance and HR
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and a career spanning several industries, Eileen has developed a robust skill set in accounting, information technology, business process improvement, strategic planning, training and leadership. Her journey began in a box plant, where she introduced computers and trained employees, igniting her passion for hands-on interaction and training. She then moved on to Echo Management Group working in a help desk position before moving up to Product Manager. Later, she began working for ARHD (America’s Remote Help Desk), where she advanced from bookkeeper to Finance Manager. Her experience showcases her adaptability and expertise in IT management and Finance.
Transitioning to the construction industry, she has excelled in roles such as Finance Specialist, Director of Finance and Human Resources, and Operation Account Manager. Her extensive experience includes managing financial operations, troubleshooting, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. Her commitment to customer service, employee engagement and continuous improvement makes her a vital asset to our leadership team, balancing professional growth with a strong family focus. Under her areas of direction, Eileen is accountable for administrating day to day financial operations, including the development and analysis of budgets and financial reports. Additionally, she oversees Altimate’s Accounting Department and IT operations, as well as manages the Human Resource Department. Eileen works closely with the Exec Team, providing financial and historical data and identifying trends which assist in the strategic growth and development of the company.
Laura Ferraro
Vice President of Finance & HR
Laura joined Altimate in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant. Throughout her years of service she has consistently seized opportunities and has taken the initiative to further develop her roles and responsibilities at Altimate Electric. With her proactive approach she earned her current position as Altimate’s Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, and has successfully established and fostered a team of high-performing accounting professionals. Under her areas of direction, Laura is accountable for administrating day to day financial operations, including the development and analysis of budgets and financial reports. Additionally, she oversees Altimate’s Accounting Department and IT operations, as well as manages the Human Resource Department.
Laura studied finance and accounting at Montana State University and has a Paralegal Associates of Arts degree from Edmonds Community College in Washington state. Working closely with the Executive Team, Laura provides financial and historical data and identifies trends which assist in the continued growth and development of the company.
Dan Pritchett
Chief Estimator
Dan Pritchett is our Chief Estimator. He is responsible for leading our pre-construction team and supporting our clients with securing work, providing detailed and accurate proposals, and preparing pre-construction budgets. Dan is known for his collaborative skills, working closely with the Estimating Team, as well as with all departments within Altimate. He has a clear understanding of all phases of the construction process. His expertise in estimating, project cost, project scheduling, project controls, and documentation allows him to put special emphasis on intricate details to secure work.
Dan joined Altimate in 2014 as a Foreman where his strong leadership skills were apparent as he ran large crews and successfully brought projects to completion. He began his journey in the electrical construction industry at a young age by taking electrical training in high school, followed by apprenticeship classes and on the job training. When estimating new projects and forecasting manpower for potential jobs in the estimating queue, Dan utilizes knowledge garnered from his years in the field building the projects.
