Harry Holmes, Jr.

Owner & President

Harry Holmes, Jr., founded Altimate Electric, Inc. in 1997 with a vision to build a commercial electrical contracting firm that would provide endless opportunities and deliver the highest quality of workmanship.

Harry’s passion for the electrical industry was inspired by his father, who worked as an electrician and business owner. Harry began his career in 1982 working with his father as a helper and quickly learned the electrical trade. Determined to work his way to the top, he completed the 4-year apprenticeship certification program, obtained his Master Electrician license, and successfully ran work as a foreman. Once he accomplished this, Harry continued to educate himself in estimating and project management to fully understand all aspects of the electrical business. Since incorporating Altimate in 1997, the company has grown substantially, with more growth on the horizon. With his foresight, Harry continues to put key people in key positions to ensure that the company maintains its solid structure as the company evolves.

Todd Blaszak

Vice President & Partner

Todd joined Altimate Electric in December 2021 as Vice President of Operations and became a Partner in 2026. Todd oversees the daily operations of the business while driving strategic growth initiatives, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation efforts. He leads with an empowerment and accountability-focused “own it” management style that supports project success and encourages the personal and professional growth of the Altimate team.

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Todd holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a designated Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America. His experience as an engineer, general contractor, and subcontractor provides a well-rounded perspective that helps guide the company’s continued growth, profitability, and long-term success.

Dan Pritchett

Vice President & Partner

Dan Pritchett serves as Vice President of Preconstruction and Development and recently became a Partner at Altimate Electric. He leads the preconstruction team and supports clients through detailed estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project planning efforts. Known for his collaborative approach and strong industry relationships, Dan plays a key role in business development and helps drive new opportunities for the company. With his experience, leadership, and forward-thinking vision, Dan is instrumental in bringing new initiatives and ideas to life while supporting the continued growth of Altimate.

Dan joined Altimate in 2014 as a Foreman, where he successfully managed large crews and complex projects. With a background that began in electrical training during high school and continued through apprenticeship and extensive field experience, he brings valuable real-world knowledge to every stage of the preconstruction process.

Eileen Voigt

Vice President of Finance and HR

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and a career spanning several industries, Eileen has developed a robust skill set in accounting, information technology, business process improvement, strategic planning, training and leadership. Her journey began in a box plant, where she introduced computers and trained employees, igniting her passion for hands-on interaction and training. She then moved on to Echo Management Group working in a help desk position before moving up to Product Manager. Later, she began working for ARHD (America’s Remote Help Desk), where she advanced from bookkeeper to Finance Manager. Her experience showcases her adaptability and expertise in IT management and Finance.

Transitioning to the construction industry, she has excelled in roles such as Finance Specialist, Director of Finance and Human Resources, and Operation Account Manager. Her extensive experience includes managing financial operations, troubleshooting, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. Her commitment to customer service, employee engagement and continuous improvement makes her a vital asset to our leadership team, balancing professional growth with a strong family focus. Under her areas of direction, Eileen is accountable for administrating day to day financial operations, including the development and analysis of budgets and financial reports. Additionally, she oversees Altimate’s Accounting Department and IT operations, as well as manages the Human Resource Department. Eileen works closely with the Exec Team, providing financial and historical data and identifying trends which assist in the strategic growth and development of the company.
