9800 Medical Center Parking Garage
The construction of a six (6) level open-air parking structure and associated site improvements. The garage superstructure is framed with structural precast concrete. The north, east and south garage facades are screened with prefabricated metal panels and architectural precast concrete spandrels. Vertical circulation within the garage include two (2) exit stairs and two (2) electric elevators. A curtain wall system encloses the northwest exit stair and elevator lobby. The parking garage scope includes various mechanical and electrical systems, including, but not limited to storm drainage, lighting, power and life safety devices.
