This new construction project is a 4 Story, 440,000 sq. ft. Campus making it the largest Public High School in the State of Maryland which can hold over 2,000 students. Besides its enormous size, it is currently the most technologically advanced High School in Montgomery County. Outside of the typical curriculum, SVHS offers their students Industry Approved Career Programs which include Health Care, Hospitality and Tourism, Cyber Security, Early Childhood Development and Automotive Technology with a fully operational Auto Shop. In addition, SVHS offers Construction Technology Programs which include labs for Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, Masonry, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing Studies, including an outside instruction area. The exterior of the building is home for a state-of-the-art Football and Track Field complete with Stadium Lighting, Grandstands, and a Press Box. There are several other sports fields spread throughout the campus as well.
